Inspired by the work of Francis Weller\, the Melbourne Grief Rave will free you to explore your loss in its many forms – people\, places\, events\, ancestral\, and provide a space where grief can be transformed into love. \nDuring the two hour event you are invited to listen\, sing\, dance\, explore and rest. \nWe welcome you to come along and experience embodied dance and to freely express yourself. Together we will remember how we can be gentle and patient with ourselves. \n
